Q: What are your lesson fees?

A: Lesson rates are as follows: Beginner: $34. Intermediate: $36. Advanced: $38 per half hour lesson.

Q: Is there a discount if I pay for a quantity of lessons at a time?

A: The quoted fees include a $2 per lesson discount, based on monthly advanced payment for 4 lessons. Please see our Fee Structure for additional information.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payment by cash, cheque and email transfer.

Q: How often would I come for lessons and how long are they?

A: Students customarily come once a week for a half-hour lesson.

Q: Can I come for lessons more frequently or can I take one-hour lessons?

A: A half-hour lesson once a week is recommended initially. Once you begin lessons, you can discuss the possibility of increasing their frequency or their length with your teacher.

Q: How are your lessons structured and how do you teach?

A: This depends on the style and level of music that you wish to play. We offer a complimentary interview during which a teaching approach suited to your interests can be outlined.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Tuesday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Q: What is your location?

A: We are located in Toronto at 1443 Dufferin St., on the east side just south of Davenport.

Q: Is there parking?

A: There is free street parking on Dufferin Street during our business hours except between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., when there is no parking. There is also free parking available on adjacent side streets including Chandos Avenue and Beaver Avenue.

Q: What styles of music do you teach?

A: We specialize in Classical and Jazz guitar, and also teach most popular styles, including Acoustic/Folk, Blues, Rock, and Bass guitar.

A: Our instructors include Richard Summers, Mus.Bac. RCM Examiner, and Robert Bulger, Mus.Dip. Humber College Jazz Guitar Instructor
